In the past month...

We cooked and ate a whole lobster for the first time. One big boy and one huge girl. They were pretty good, but I could go next time without watching them get cooked.

Izzy liked the crazy looking things

And she can't get enough of her daddy

I loved this and had to take a picture of it. His lunch box, gallon of crystal light and his Bible!

Her feet were freezing one evening, but the rest of her was fine, so Mimi grabbed the closest thing to warm them up. Mimi's huge fuzzy socks!

She picked up this new move one evening.
"Mom I want down"

"I said I want down"!

"Fine I'll do it myself"

"See, I did it"!

Nawing on an apple slice was fun this month too.

This night she wasn't feeling so good, but it was nothing a cup of cold water, Princess jamjams and cuddling with daddy couldn't fix.

I started a mom's group this month and we had a couple good walks in untill it started raining.
As you can see, Izzy thinks she is super cool in her big stroller and bright pink shades. However, I don't know how we are going to break her of this finger thing!

Thought I would play with my zoom on our new camera. SUPER CLOSE! This bird was so high in the sky that I could hardly see it with my eye, until I zoomed in!

It was so beautiful that day

Here is Kennedy experiencing the ducky's!

I'd say she liked them!

Izzy liked them too

OK, this was the best. She got a new jumper and has been having so much fun with it. One morning she got up earlier than usual and when this happens I just stick her in her excersaucer and let her play for a little bit while I rest my eyes for a few more minutes. No worries, I don't ever go back to sleep, I'm always up checking on her if it gets too quiet. So since we had the jumperoo, I stuck her in that and she had so much fun. Well, it got quiet so I went to go check on her and this is what I found. So cute!

Another moms group walk with Izzy, Kennedy and Blaze

Introdction to food has been fun. So far she likes everything except prunes. She was super constipated and I hadn't given her fruits yet, so I gave her a little prunes to help things along. She ate it, but each bite she got mad about.

And...another nap in her jumperoo!

And this 6-9 month outfit top is a little snug, don't ya think? What's funny though is that it's not really the right size. It's a very small and stretchy 6-9 months. So don't think she's this super fat baby, because she actually isn't at all. Looking at her face everyone thinks she is a chubby baby, but she just has cheeks, okay!! She's our cheeky girl!

This little girl, I tell ya. When she was born we though she'd have her daddy's butt (no butt), well she has proven that she has my booty. Baby got back! I put a pair of jeans on her the other day and I have to shake her into them to get them over her butt!

She needs lights out to sleep. We found her like this after coming home one evening.

And son...oh our sunny boy. I found him playing in the laundry basket and each time I came back into the room with the camera he was doing something different.

Our wonderful friends Jutin and Jenny took us out last night and it was so nice to spend time with them again, plus be able to get out since we've been stuck inside broke for so long

Izzy just discovered how fun it is to roll over in the bathtub. Her favorite toy to play with was the plug. Son enjoyed watching. Everything was great untill she got excited and put her face in the water and got some up her nose. That was no fun for her. (sorry or the bum shots, but who doesn't love a little baby bum?)
